The recycling rate of waste water reached more than 65%. Waste gas treatment: Based on the principle that the sewage station can be covered and collected, the company has invested a total of more than 63 million yuan by 2019, and the waste gas of the sewage station has basically formed an organized discharge. And the company's original coal-fired boilers are completely eliminated, the use of Hangmin Jiangdong heat and power central heating heating, now the company has achieved zero emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, smoke and green heating. At the same time, the exhaust gas treatment equipment of the company's 7 workshops was unified to transform the industrial oil fume purification treatment device, and the annual operation and maintenance cost of the device was about 3.2 million yuan. And the company's pigment weighing room and singeing machine section are uniformly equipped with exhaust gas collection and treatment devices.
