In order to solidly promote the deep integration of party building and production and operation, and strengthen the education of party members' ideals and beliefs, Hangzhou Hangmin Qianjiang Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Hangmin Jiangdong Thermoelectric Co., Ltd. jointly organized all party members to take two batches of high-speed trains to Jinggangshan, the cradle of the revolution, for a three-day immersive red research and practice activity in July.

The content of this study tour is rich and diverse. The team visited various revolutionary sites, including the former residence of Mao Zedong in Ciping, the site of the Huangyangjie Battle, the Red Army Mint, the revolutionary sites of Xiaojing and Dajiajing, and the Xiaojing Red Army Hospital. They revisited the Red Army's arduous and self-reliant years under the circumstances of material scarcity and encirclement by powerful enemies. At Huangyangjie, everyone recalled the deeds of the defense battle where the Red Army outnumbered its opponents and won, and appreciated the revolutionary forebears' fighting spirit of daring to blaze new trails. At the Red Army Hospital and the Mint site, they gained a close understanding of the historical stories of the Red Army's efforts to treat the sick and break the economic blockade.

On the third day of the study tour, all personnel entered the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum to systematically study the history of revolutionary struggles. They then proceeded to the Beishan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery to hold a memorial ceremony, where they lined up neatly to present flower baskets, observed a moment of silence, and deeply mourned the more than 48,000 revolutionary martyrs who rest in eternal peace there. Following the ceremony, the team moved to the Torch Square, where they exchanged learning insights in front of the Spark Sculpture, gaining a deeper appreciation for the everlasting spirit of revolutionary fire.

On the return journey, the trainees shared their insights and reflections based on their roles in printing and dyeing production and thermal power supply. Everyone expressed their commitment to translating the Jinggangshan spirit of "firm belief, hard work, reliance on the masses, and courage to win" into work motivation. They pledged to strictly adhere to the bottom line of safety production, tackle challenges related to quality improvement and cost reduction, and leverage the exemplary role of Party members to drive team quality and efficiency enhancement.

Next, the two enterprises will continue to carry out regular red education, unite development efforts through party building, implement the achievements of red learning at the workshop and factory front line, promote high-quality development of enterprises through practical work and achievements, and contribute Hangmin's strength to the development of the real economy in the Qiantang region.
